2. PRODUCTS

All BAHA products are printed on demand through Printful. Product colors may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to display settings. We reserve the right to correct description or pricing errors.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or supply issues. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment system.

4. SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION

All orders enter production within 24 hours of placement. Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping within the United States takes an additional 3 to 8 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Because BAHA products are printed on demand specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. We will replace

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All BAHA brand assets, including the BAHA name, logo, taglines, American Badge Series designs, and website content, are the property of [Legal Entity Name] and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
